The coloring treatment is done in a hot chromium sulfuric acid solution tank. After the stainless steel

will be formed on the surface. With the extension of time and the increase of oxide film thickness, the
color of the surface of the stainless steel sandblasted plate will change. By controlling the immersion
time, people can get the desired stainless steel sandblasting plate. After hard film treatment, stable
compounds such as dichromium trioxide and chromium hydroxide are generated on the cathode,
which not only fills the tiny pores in the oxide film, but also improves the wear resistance, corrosion
resistance and heat resistance of the oxide film, thus greatly improving the overall performance of the
material. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the surface of the stainless steel sandblasting
plate are stronger than that of ordinary stainless steel, and it can resist salt spray corrosion for more than
10 years and no discoloration under ultraviolet light for more than 30 years. The main body is integrated
with the coloring layer, which maintains the basic structure and basic performance of the original stainless
steel sandblasting plate, and can be processed by conventional molding and stretching. The coloring
